Crab and avocado benny, with homemade Parmesan hash browns, and a fish and chip lunch. Where everything was perfect! Apologies that I forgot to snap the pics before tucking in, but it was so delicious! This place has a large terrace and so fairly easy to get a table and dine outside. Great Redroaster coffee too. Our servers were all smiles and charm.
Really lovely restaurant with wrap around terrace for sunny days in the heart of Brighton. We sat inside on a corner table with banquette-style seating. All of the staff went out of their way to ensure that the dish I had was altered to be vegan and gluten-free which was really appreciated. Thanks to the chef for accommodating. Friend’s fish main course was also excellent. Highly recommend opting for dessert too. Stunning presentation and combination of flavours. Loved the summer crumble. Again, vegan and gluten-free. Main courses range from around 12.50 - 24 depending on plant-based, fish or meat. Desserts are around 8. Wine was reasonably priced and great quality with three different glass sizes to choose from. Excellent service from Linda and the rest of the team. Will definitely be back to enjoy the gorgeous decor and food again soon. Recommend visiting if you are in Central Brighton. Red Roaster is well known for its coffee too so order one with dessert or to take home.
Amber was absolutely fantastic during our bottomless brunch! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always topped up without us even having to ask. Her service was top-notch, and she made the whole experience feel so welcoming and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her positive attitude and great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place, especially with such amazing service from Amber!
Katie was our server and she was very lovely and sweet. She made sure we had our drinks and food which were both very tasty. For our first time at red roaster, we thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely come again. A great way to end our trip to Brighton!

Came here for my work Christmas do. The food was fabulous and everyone enjoyed their food. I had pate on a crumpet and steak for mains, both of which were superb. I don't drink so I was delighted to see such a wide range of soft drinks, namely the Passion fruit fizz! Would love to eat here again.
